Aliens passport to morocco is it Required visa.

hallo .. i will like to ask if i can travel swedish aliens passport to morocco, is it like the national europian passport or not, because i can travel to this document in hole europe and most africa with out appalying visa in the embassy.. please give me some good answer.. thanks
