Sex sells. I think thats the idea. She is beautiful and naked and wouldn't everyone else like to be just like her? She is a vegetarian and she makes being a vegetarian look cool and sexy. I think that it is a funny way to promote vegetarianism, but I would not be suprised if it worked. As a famous, young, and beautiful movie star, Alicia Silverstone has many young people look up to her and therefore can make a difference by setting an example. Here she is setting an example by not eating meat. It's as simple as that. :)
