To solve, add these two equations. You get

2x = 8

x = 4

Substituting

4 + y = 6

y = 2

One can create endless number of equations based on X = 4 and Y = 2

7x + 3y = 34
3x -Y = 10

2x + 5y = 18
4x + 6y = 28
