Hi....I am a retired makeup artist and can tell you that Alexandra de Markoff is a high-end brand of cosmetics, and from what I've heard and read over the years, a fine product..........to find out where you can get it, just Google the exact name of the product and many many sites will come up that you can explore.
I don't think you really need to spend that much on a cosmetic, personally,but de Markoff is, as I said, a reliable product/brand.....
Years ago they used to advertise that a small bottle of their liquid foundation lasted one year, as you only needed to use very very little......that's because, as with any good cosmetic, you are paying for the pigments that go in to the making of the shade/product.......
So, have fun exploring this and other brands.....and don't forget, no matter what you use, you NEED to make sure you remove it every night......for that you can try a very inexpensive product; Pond's deep pore cleanser/makeup remover, with cucumber fragrance,,,,,,it's non-greasy, inexpensive, and takes everything off!!
