Al Gore wins Nobel Peace Prize; now attention to Global Warming?

I think the attention Al Gore is getting right now is due to bringing awareness to the world about the consequences of Global Warming. When you see that temperatures are already higher than years ago and see how some industrialized countries are already being affected by droughts and natural disasters, that the Bering Strait is at the verge of becoming a channel like in Panama, due to the ice melting, which once joined the American continent with Asia and where the first inhabitants crossed on foot to populate America, I not only worry but want to know how I can contribute (even in a small way) to prevent the accelaration of Global Warming. He´s doing all this in a peaceful way and for the benefit of all of us, habitants of this planet Earth and that defines the Nobel Peace Prize he´s sharig with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Grace...  I really hope you're right.  I'd love to see the world actively obsessed with finding a solution to our global warming problem.  We don't have that much time, so I'm glad someone has taken action!

Most of the time, I believe in what I can see, and I can see how the climate is already changing and affecting the world. I hope the people who can really make a difference do in fact take action and the necessary steps to prevent Global Warming from accelerating and getting worse.
