Palm Beach County Florida Commercial Evictions - Does anyone know if Affidavits for Military Status required for commercial property evictions? If the tenant is a company or corporation we usually do not have the social security numbers of the company officers which makes it impossible for us to use the website provided for the military searches. The answer seems to depend on the judge. I've had some judges not require it and some judges insist on it. I have been unable to find anything in the Florida Statues regarding this. Any input would be appreciated.
