Adding language characters to a keyboard

What is the most reliable way for adding language characters to a laptop keyboard?

I've tried already several kinds of stickers, but it tends to not sticking well.

Here's what one keyboard label maker says:

"How do I apply labels to my keyboard?
Make sure your keys are clean and dry (using a standard alcohol solution is recommended). To avoid having finger marks on the labels we recommend using tweezers to remove the labels from the backing and align on the keycap. Once in position press firmly with your thumb and hold for 10 seconds to set adhesive properly."

Since you live in Israel I would recommend “pc-graph” they are located in Holon I think. They do a very professional carving jobs, and they are also recommended by Microsoft Israel has professional laptop carving provider.

I had the same issue with my Sony vaio and they did a great work.

Good luck ,
