AdAware SE Personal want to make registry changes

I installed AdAware SE Personal on my computer and it found some problems. It says it has to make registry changes, how should I decide weather to approve these changes? Isn't it risky?

I never had problems with it. You can always back up your registry before you let AdAware make the changes.

In general - Yes, Registry changes can harm.

Most spyware got keys on the registry that must be deleted. From my own     experience, You can saftly delete the keys Ad-Aware finds.

anyway, Backup your registry. you can never know what will happen to it.
