Mydaughter has a court date at the Lake on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009; It is for stealing at the Lake. She has no legal representation, and no money for any either. She has a speeding ticket that is due to be paid for next week. If it gets paid how many points will be on her record? To thicken the plot, she also has a warrant in the city of Fenton, MO at this time. She would really like some legal help in these matters. How does she go about talking to a public defender at the Lake on her court date, Nov. 5? Does she need to apply? Please answer as soon as possible. I, her mother, am very concerned and worried.
