should a hitch be replaced after accident. A truck pulling a heavy equipment trailer was damaged when the trailer started pushing the truck down hill and jack knifed. ins adjuster did not seem to think it should be replaced.They ok a 8 day repair on the truck. R&L box sides,tailgate replace,rear bumper replacment.

I sure would replace it and all the hardware that goes with it.
