Sometimes when you want to access a site, the page is not accessible for some reasons. Some browsers give you a more detailed explanation. If you're using Internet Explorer you get the message 'page cannot be displayed'. If you've done everything right, it may be that the server was busy, or may be down. All you can do is try another time. Sometimes, if you keep trying, you may be successful a few minutes later. If the problem persists, you may need to email the site administrator.
