My husband said that eating 3 egss in the morning and 3 eggs in the evening plus salad for lunch would help me lose the weight in my abdomen area, is this true?

While I know eggs are full of protein, I've never heard of eating 6 eggs a day as helping someone lose weight specifically in the abdominal area.
Weight loss= taking in less calories than it takes to maintain your weight. If you excercise and burn more calories it comes off quicker. You have to be negative 3800 calories to loose one pound. Some foods like proteins help you with less hunger because the carbs are not stimulating your pancrease and secreting insulin. It comes down to what you take in to what you put out.All diets work, the lile style change is what keeps it off. Weight watchers and yoga and walking is the best way to loose and maintain.Remember when you look at the stars to be your model, they have chefs, personel trainers and people to doctor the photos!!!
