AT&T new TOS (terms of service)

AT&T's new terms of service claim that if you do anything against AT&T you're out.

Note paragraph 5.1 (c) 

This is a direct assault on freedom of speech!

Have these guys heard of the Constitution?

With all due respect, I don't think a company has to endorse people who try to harm it.

If you deliberately try to damage AT&T or any other company you are in business with, why should they let you?
