Lost sound on my AOL page and videos on AOL page, but sound on laptop and Internet explorer videos are fine. Recently downloaded i Tunes upgrade.
Suspect that may have caused issue. Any answers out there. Thanks
Ive had probs with aol too. its a lousey application that theyve had 9.1 chances at and still can't get it right. I'd need to know what the itunes upgrade was for. Maybe a codec etc. Do you have XP or vista?? XP i can help with, Vista forget it. The best solution at least for me (i dont know if you would be upset at this option)would be to uninstall AOL then install it again. Also check in your sounds, which is start button on bottom left of your screen, settings then control panel then click on sounds and audio devices, click sounds tab, find the aol default sounds, see if there's a speaker image on the left hand side, if there isnt left click on the word and you can add the sound you want.....job1866 at aol.com
