AOL image challenge

When I try to send mail it says it can't and to click the link below and do the image challenge.  But the link is missing.  There is no link to click.  So I found the challenge on my own, signed in and did the dumb challenge and it said Congrats that I passed the challenge.  But I go to send mail and it's still giving me the message that my mail can't be sent and I have to click the link below and the link is still missing.  This is frustrating.  Can someone help me?  I need to send emails.  Thank you. Vera

I would check-out the Yahoo Answers, Web-site. They can do a much better job than I can, Being as I am a novice when it comes to Computers.

Its never too late to ask.

Hi Vera,

Other than asking AOL directly, your problem maybe caused by you. By that I mean you have inadvertently blocked your email for that you need to go to "Settings," check under "Email settings," and "blocked emails," there you should see what is blocked and unblock it.Innocent
