In parts per million (ppm) what is the current molecular make-up of Earth's atmosphere?

For example, Nitrogen is the largest component and Oxygen is around 220,000 ppm.  Argon, CO2 and other gases have a much smaller ppm number.

Hi,
Nitrogen = 78.1 %
Oxygen = 20.9 %
Argon = 0.9 %
Carbon dioxide = 330 ppm
Neon = 18.2 ppm
Helium = 5.2 ppm
Methane = 2.0 ppm
krypton = 1.1 ppm
Sulfur dioxide = 1.0 ppm
Hydrogen = 0.5 ppm
Nitrous Oxide = 0.5 ppm
Xenon = 0.09 ppm
Ozone = 0.07 ppm
Nitrogen dioxide = 0.02 ppm
Iodine = 0.01 ppm
Please note: 1% = 1/100     1 ppm = 1/1,000,000  so if you want to convert ppm to % you should devide the fugure by 10,000  (and if you want to convert % to ppm you have to multiply the figure by 10,000).
Best regards,

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

Here is a table I found for you:

The sea-level composition of air (in percent by volume at the temperature of 15°C and the pressure of 101325 Pa) is given below. NameSymbolPercent by VolumeNitrogen N2 78.084 %    OxygenO220.9476 %ArgonAr0.934 %Carbon DioxideCO20.0314 %NeonNe0.001818 %MethaneCH40.0002 %HeliumHe0.000524 %KryptonKr0.000114 %HydrogenH20.00005 %XenonXe0.0000087 %
If you wish to convert the percentage (percentage is 1/100) to ppm (that is 1/1,000,000) you'll have to multiply each figure by 10,000 (e.g: Hydrogen is 0.00005% or 0.5 ppm).
Best regards,

Thank you for a very detailed response.  May I ask your source of this information and its date?  I saw a 385 ppm for CO2 in late 2007 by John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel.
