My wife's email does not have an old mail folder. My email address is the primary screen name for the account. How can I get an Old Mail folder on her email page.

If she uses AOL 9.1, have her go to keyword: MAILBOX SWITCH. Or she can go to http://inbox.aol.com/mail/changeMailboxStyle?style=auto
