How can I keep more mails as new, actually it is approximately 35 the ones that I can keep as new. Is there a way to increase the capacity?
There is no limit on the number of mails you can keep as new. However, each folder "New/Old Mail" can only hold up to 1000 mails. If you want to retain more then that, move them to your "Saved on AOL" / "My Folders" folder. Mail stored there will be permanently saved. There is also no storage limit. AOL provides unlimited storage for mail.
I used to be able to click "keep as new" while an email was open and it would close and do exactly that...not anymore. Why is this? Now, I must close it, which sends it to old mail, then go there and click "keep as new." What a pain!
