how do I send AOL an e-mail to unblock e-mail that was accidently reported as spam?
If you selected "This is spam" simply go to your spam folder and say "This is not Spam"
this question is falling at the feet of AOL. Their anti spamming rules make it impossible to get a banned sender from being reinstated. I have had the same problem but have failed to get AOL to listen. Any one else suffering from s issue?
After speaking to AOL online help -- it is vitually an impossible task.
Again: If you reported the spam via "This is Spam" Button, simply go to your spam folder and highlight the piece of mail and select "This is not Spam" This will unblock it.
If the spam block was NOT caused via you by using the spam button, it's a completely different story: The sender/organization which is being blocked can get more information here: http://postmaster.aol.com
