Sorry the cookies/cache trick didn't work.  AOL Webmail should work well with Firefox.  What do you mean now by your screen name went?  Are you getting a message now that your screen name doesn't exist or password is wrong?

yes,it was my main screen, that i uise all the time.  i have all my important stuff in it. i think that i got a message about internet protacol though why i do not know and i did ring aol.

If you are still seeing the C0FE1801 login error do you have another browser on your machine that you could try?  Safari or Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer does not work either my screen name has just gone, think it is the internet protacol thing,  i have a free email program with aol my server is talktalk.

I had the same problem. AOL webpage was completely blocked as if I did not have an internet connection. I tried turning off my firewall and then went to the webstie and logged into my email. I then turned on my firewall and it prompted me to allow or block aol in the future.
