AOL for Mac OSX Browser Problems as well as can't find the "send" button in AOL Desktop for Mac

I have an iMac w/Intel chip running Mac OS X Ver 10.5.8.  I use AOL for Mac OS X ver 10.3.7.  I have significant probs with it's browser.  Many sites cause AOL to quit when I access them, so I use Safari. Other sites don't even load or are very slow. I can't seem to to update this browser to accept Java.

So, I tried to use AOL Desktop for Mac Ver 1.2.1.  It allows me to receive e-mail and even use IMs and does not have the browser problems that the other AOL has.  However, If I write an e-Mail or try to reply to e-mail, I cant find a "Send" button??!!

Thanks, Louie

Hello Louie,

Grab a copy of AOL Desktop for Mac 1.6 beta (http://beta.aol.com/projects.php?project=desktop_mac1_6). Check back later this week for an update to the Beta.  We're working to improve the mail experience.  Please let me know if this helps.  The Beta will install itself separately from the AOL Desktop 1.2/1.5 or even the AOL for Mac OS X.
