AOL Contacts/Address book won't autofill

Just this week the autofill for my contacts on AOL does not work!  I have tried everything & still can't find a resolution including other suggestions on this website.  Please help!!!  AOL doesn't provide any help b/c I don't pay for the svc now.  I paid for AOL svc for over 10 yrs but I guess they only help the current paying customers!  Very frustrating!  Thanks for anyone who can help!
