A:

Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea in between green and black.  Oolong means black dragon tea.  If your bin is old it probably was sitting in some old country store waiting for customers to buy the tea by the pound.

If you plan on selling do your homework.  Once it's gone it's gone.  Check with your library.  They might have books on Country Store items or Oriental items.

Right now antique dealers in the midwest are paying 10 to 20 cents on the dollar because of the economy.  Take a picture of it and go around to your antique malls and stores and see what your best offer is and take it from there.  Good luck.
