My AIM AOL mail "Sent mail" folder contents is gone except for 1 email

My AIM aol mail "sent" folder was fine today & next time I checked it later today, it only had 1 sent email in it...it was full earlier today. I didn't move any mail from it to other folders.  Where did they all go...they were not "all" 30 days old...tons were from this month also...help please? Also, is there any way to retrieve them if someone knows where they went? Thanks, Terri

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

Hi miketerri,

Can you give us more info on what you are seeing?  For example, what URL are you accessing and what browser are you using?

For AIM screen names, we actually don't delete Sent mail, even the ones more than 30 days old.

It looks like you've run into an odd bug, and we'd like to help in any way we can.  Please give us some additional details so we can investigate.
