Do you agree with the Justice Department's decision (discussed recently by President Obama and Attorney General Holder) to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in the civilian court system?

Well AOL finally ask a the Question .It took them 7days

To give them all of the extraordinary protections that you and I have as American citizens, and to give that to KSM, people who have mocked the American system, who want to do everything that they can do to destroy it, and now give them those extraordinary protections that we enjoy -- yes, I think that's a bad decision

With the Fort Hood tragedy and the president's dithering on Afghanistan decision rubbing American nerves raw, Attorney General Eric Holder's announcement that he intends to try alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammad in federal court in New York City -- versus at a military tribunal -- provoked harsh attacks from partisan critics. Obama's  decision to bring 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his fellow 9/11 plotters to New York for trial as dangerous and irresponsible.I think it's part of a whole package of the president not seeing the war on terror. He has delayed inordinately in making this decision about the war strategy in Afghanistan,And finally, this whole thing with [alleged Fort Hood shooter] Major Hasan is another indication that he doesn't get it. He doesn't get the fact that there is an Islamic war against us.

Americans who are troubled by the decision to send alleged Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to New York for trial will feel better about it when he’s put to death, King Obama said Tuesday.

During a round of network television interviews conducted during King Obama’s visit to China, the president was asked about those who find it offensive that Mohammed will receive all the rights normally accorded to U.S. citizens when they are charged with a crime.

“I don't think it will be offensive at all when he's convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him,” King Obama told NBC’s Chuck Todd.

When Todd asked King Obama if he was interfering in the trial process by declaring that Mohammed will be executed, King Obama, a former constitutional law professor, insisted that he wasn’t trying to dictate the result.

“What I said was, people will not be offended if that's the outcome. I'm not pre-judging, I'm not going to be in that courtroom, that's the job of prosecutors, the judge and the jury,” King Obama said. “What I'm absolutely clear about is that I have complete confidence in the American people and our legal traditions and the prosecutors, the tough prosecutors from New York who specialize in terrorism.”

Yeah, he's a moron. King Obama. No way could a pronouncement like this from the president of the United States prejudice anyone, right?

K.S. Mohammed wants to be a martyr. I say try him in a military court (because he is an enemy combatant) and grant him his wish.

Before Eric Holder became Attorney General, he was a senior partner with Covington & Burling, a prestigious Washington D.C. Law firm which represents 17 Yemenis currently being held at Guantanamo.

Imagine that.
