this is a simple fix. open the back hatch. remove the 2 phillips head screws holding the lens cover. pull the whole assembly straight back or slightly (left or right) away from the car. you may have to wiggle it around a little. turn the bad bulb holder counter clockwise about one forth of a turn and pull it out. pull the bulb straight out. put in a new bulb and put everything back. be careful during the removal. the lens is expensive to replace so don't pry with a screwdriver. use hand force only.
