I have a 95 4runner, six cylinder, just had a rebuilt engine installed, it idols rough when sitting at a stop light, etc., WHEN YOU GET UP TO SPEEDS OF 45 MPH THERE IS A VIBRATION, IT RUNS LEAN, WE HAVE HAD TWO NEW FUEL PUMPS REPLACED, AS WELL AS NEW FUEL INJECTORS REPLACED. The check engine light came on but when they ran the code it said it needed a new fuel pump, this has been replaced twice now. Can anyone give us some insight as to what is causing this. Driving down the road it runs smooth, until, as stated above you get to a speed of around 45 mph, then can kick in the passing gear, and it smooths out again.
