I am looking for the name of a movie I saw when I was a kid back in the 80’s. I really don’t remember much about it, other than it was a movie about couple of teenagers in high school who find or make some sort of juice which allows them to control objects with their mind. I tried all possible word combinations to try and find it on IMDB/Google, but without much success.
I remember fragments of it; it is also possible that this movie had a sequel. I remember that a guy who drank the juice was on a stage, and the people in the audience were throwing tomatoes at him, so he directed the tomatoes back to the audience with his mind.
If I can recall, this was around the time "Flight of the Navigator" came out, so perhaps this movie is from 1986-1987. I know that’s not much, but hopefully someone here remembers.

The movie is called Zapped! and it seems to be the one. Huh, only 3.9 on IMDB and the sequel was straight-to-video release. Well, I was a kid back then, what did I know? :)

The first movie you are refering too is called "Zapped" w/ Scott Baio. The second movie is called Zapped Again. The second movie is a cousin to the first and comes across some prujne juice that gives him telakenesis (or however you spell it).
