I was away for a while. I received 7122 messages (mostly junk) I am having trouble deleting. I tried clicking on 1 message then going to another and pressing shift then delete-still no luck. HELP!!!!!
It sounds like you need to set your spam setting (to at least medium) to filter out most of the junk you are receiving. You can actually put in key words for the email system to kick out of your email box. It will roll it over to your spam folder but there you should be able to delete everything at one time.
