A:3 sticks of butter 3 cups of sugar cream together for 20 minutes add 5 eggs 1 @a time 3 cups of all purpose flour add 2 TBSP lemon extract 3/4 c. 7 up real slow batter will be runny Bake 1 hour @325 degrees Glaze (opt) 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 tsp milk pour over cake while hot (add milk to reach desired consistency)
