Mitsubishi TV Model VS-6047 Screen started rocking back and forth? Sometimes starts when immediately turning it on, sometimes after it's on for a while. Can get intense with the rocking, flickering. Started on the bottom --- have to turn off for a few minutes but acts up after a while again when turned on. Doesn't stop after the problem starts. (Approximately 8-9 years old.) 60"
