I have a 18yr old and i just found out that he is using drugs. And i m not sure how to go about. In telling him i now. & I WANT TO TELL HIM BEFORE IT GETS WORSE. Our relasionship as mom and son is gerat.

You need to call him out on his behavior NOW. Approach him and speak to him honestly, but don't be aggressive in your words as he will automatically jump to being defensive if he feels you're attacking him. Make a point to state this behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If your relationship is good, he may come clean about everything. I would suggest in the meantime that you do not give him any money (if you were in the past, you need to stop now as giving financial help makes it easier to attain drugs) and randomly drug test him (if this is possible).
