I cannot get the 4 by 6 photo paper to load properly. It pulls the paper too far in and starts printing half way on the paper. Or it will not pull it in to even start printing. There is no in between. I could get an envelope to load but not photo paper. I called Dell and they tried to sell me a new printer, failing that they sold me Dell 4 by 6 photo paper which they assured me would work. It does not. I have the same problem, either the paper will not load or if I push it in far enough so it will load then it starts printing in the middle of the paper. Is there something I am doing wrong?
