What's a nice girl like me is doing in a place like this ?
I have several job interviews next week and I need some “first impression” pointers – do you know of any good sites?
Before you go for the interview learn something of the company and its products. Think of the ways you can be an asset to the company. It would help if you came up with expected questions about you, your education and background and your experience. Think of good answers and get someone to ask you those questions so that you are prepared. Make sure you look presentable and have a professional and confident bearing. Good Luck!!
Here is a site for you: http://www.cvtips.com/job_interview.html, which I hope it will help you find enough tips in order to make a first good impression.
In order to impress you should have a professional cv. You shouls dress properly, give a firm handshake, don't smoke and try to look calm.Try to find out as many things as you can about the company.Think about questions you could ask the employer.Do not ask about the salary.Think of what you are going to say about your education and previous positions in other companies.Think about your strenghts and weaknesses.
Got an answer for heavysyrup? Would you like to comment on the posted answers, or vote for the one which you think is the best?
