346 thumbs up

What comes around goes around.

Try filing a complaint against the company to the Better Business Bureau to get your money back. Best of luck.

Such

reviews will not break our quality of services or even scratch our reputation but I think we owe the readers of this post a reply even deep inside I as TrustyWebHosting, Inc. CEO don't feel proud to reply to such lies but as I said I had to...

The guy calling himself Benjamin Kastner ( I am not sure if he is really Benjamin Kastner) ordered a reseller account and got a free domain with it since we offer free domain name with any reseller plan and since our systems are automated after a successful payment his hosting account was created and his domain was registered 2-3 hours after the first order he added $335 to his account and started to register domains our billing review all orders manually at the end of the end of the day but when they suspected that account they had to investigate on it and they found that the email used with that order doesn't match the one associated with alertpay he used to order mcload1@gmail.com and the alertpay email is kstnrbenjamin@gmail.com and more the address used with his order is a German address and the IP is a US IP (everything is shown with the enclosed snapshots) so billing dept sent an email immediately to the address associated with alertpay to verify the order meanwhile the guy started to order more domains and they reached 5 so our billing dept. has banned his IP to stop him from ordering any more domain until we investigate more about him and make sure he is the real owner of this alertpay account.
5 minutes after banning his IP he emailed sales and asked them why he is banned they replied that his account is detected to be a fraud and we are awaiting a confirmation from the email associated with alertpay account, he disappeared and 2 days later he tried to ask for a money request following my instructions billing declined the request so he emailed sales threatening and swearing etc... so sales replied to him that an email was sent to his alertpay email and he must reply to it when he does this we will remove his IP from the ban list and he will be free to do whatever he wants asking for refund or ordering more stuff etc...(email attached) sales reported this info to me and asked them to suspend his hosting account at that time we only banned his IP from ordering more domains but when he is not replying to the email sent to his alertpay address than he is not confirming his alertpay account and he might be stealing the user/pass and we have seen similar cases before happening with paypal and alertpay too, we have reported this incident to alertpay and waiting for their instructions, in all cases we are protecting ourselves from a fraud since domains are not refunded so if the real account holder discovered that his account was stolen he has the right to ask us to pay back his money and at the end we will be the looser by doing this we have protected ourselves and our loss now is the cost of 3 domains since he was unable to register the other 3 since we had stopped the automation and we are protecting the real account holder since if he discovers the fraud he would get back his money held with us in stead of that guy spending them elsewhere... If you check the domains he registred you would agree with us that this guy will use his site(s) for scam how does paysystems.biz sound for you?
or webtrademoney.com ??? This is the complete story of the guy acusing us of stealing his money we stole nothing we didn't even delete his account as he is stating we only suspended his account and held the money until he confirms he is the alertpay account holder and till now he didn't confirm you can always check the attached screenshots and you can visit goldhoster.org t see that it is still existing but suspended even i do not trust such domains but at the end I am not here to judge people but at least we can take our [precautions especially when we have met similar cases (and we will always meet) in our business life... Please accept my apology for taking too much time on this issue but I ahd to tell everything regarding that, we cannot pass through what he said just like that especially we have found that some people are close to believe him...

emails sent to sales and replied to him can be found on http://trustywebhosting.com/scam/scam.msg
his account details with TrustyWebHosting, Inc. (please see his address and then his IP the fraud level with fraudgate was 7.0) can be found on http://trustywebhosting.com/scam/scam.gif

May I ask about my site then too. It just vanished and I cannot access it or your 's either. I have a friend that tells me that my site shows suspended. I am awaiting your response from my email inquiry. I need to know what the problem is so that we can work together to fix it. I don't believe I have done anything wrong and if I have, PLEASE lets rectify the issue promptly.

Well BBB has been contacted with dispute and complaint. I have received no response nor did they send me any emails to my inquiries and they cannot be reached by telephone. ( THE NUMBER CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED )

I have sent complaint and dispute to the Better Business Bureau Online about host because they have sent me no warnings nor have they sent me any reasons for my account being suspended and blocked. They just simply blocked me and without reason. I am not sure why they have blocked me or suspended my website, but I want this rectified immediately and hope that the BBB can help.

Everything is screwed up and now I will be called the scammer because of their unprofessional practice and disregard to inquiries to rectify the problem ethically and professionally.

buxzone your site is an HYIP and violates our ToS this is mentioned clearly that any sites violates our rules will be either suspended or terminated without prior notice, we are sorry but we always recommend that anyone has to read the terms before signing up with us or any other host, Tos are posted to be read and abided and before checking out you must confirm that you have read and accepted them before continuing to checking out... when you sign up everything automated so we cannot tell what sites violates our rules and what sites comply... our abuse dept either gets claims or check manually new sites twice per month and they discovered that your sites is against our policies and has suspended it before the renewal date even an invoice for renewal has been issued by our automated systems and has been cancelled manually by our billing dept... so your case is different than benjamin we are not calling you scammer or anything your site might be accepted by another hosts but we are sorry it cannot be accepted on our servers... we are sorry to see that we are loosing a client and you are always welcome to host sites on our servers which abide with our ToS, take our advice always read terms before signing up to avoid any issue, we are sorry there is nothing to rectify about buxzone site...

My site is not a HYIP. I do not charge anyone or ask any member to invest anything. Purchases are completely optional.

My site is a paid for action website.

A BIG difference.
