Death..<<non function of life. We live and we die and in between we laugh and cry. Life+death=life..we live again as many religions have taught. It's not in the dying it's in the living that concerns many people. Most people think death as a negative and living as a positive therefore U can use these as comparitives but not the only ones available.  Death should be a positive, for when we die we go to a better place as taught by biblicial scholars. So enjoy life and follow the straight and narrow and U will soon find the real comparitive.

A bowl of cherries; mostly good, but unfortunately there are pits that should be avoided. But sometimes we make the wrong decision or life may not be fair and then we get the pits.

The code, the code! give me the code !

Compare to a RPG, role playing game: you meet people, face quests, collect object, make assumptions and build a reputation.

At the end, there is the scoreboard, which is not just dependant on your bigger mistake, rather, is a of the sum of your actions ;)

And everybody hopes to be al least "+1" over "0", right ?

OK, it not the most aesthetic answer you'll get here, but I think it's funny: life if like the hairs on the ass: they're short, they're hard and they stink.

Just let it go, theres no sense fighting for it.

Life can be compared to nothing. Nothing beats living in this world. A world where nothing is permanent and no answer is the final answer. try seeing the stars more with astrology reports and see if life has something to do with the stars.

Well, according to Forrest's momma, life can be compared to a box of cholocates: you never know what you're gonna get. Smile. My dad always uses starts his life lectures with " life, like basketball, is all about timing" or something similar to that. So I guess life is also comparable to basketball.

A pastor went to a cemetary with a young man.  The young man said " some of these people died young.  The pastor replied " there is a date when they were born, a date when they died, the most important thing is the dash between those dates that was their lives.

It really doesn't matter what you compare it with, we are all different. Life is different for all of us.  We all must leave this world a better place when we leave  than when we got here.
