401K after 65

What happens to your 401K if you're over 59 and a half, but didn't withdraw the money? I mean way over, almost 10 years over...

I just started a job at the age of 69.  I have never had an IRA.  Am I legally too old to start one now.  (Can you start one after 65 is probably my qauestion.)  Leonard

retirement planning w/ high 401k fees

Hello, I recently learned that the 401k fees for the small company that I work for are pretty high ~$12,000/year into my 401k. the company will only match up to the first $4,762 that i contribute. I plan it in another retirement vehicle, but I haven't actually made it that far in life.What peachy says
