2nd time around for root canal

In 2006 I went to a Root Canal Specialist on a tooth that I already had a Root Canal done.  The 2nd round of having another Root Canal done is back again.

The Specialist who did the Root Canal in 2006 for the 2nd time, told me my root was like the Delta.

I am now having the same pain with the same tooth, I have a post drilled in my tooth, with a crown.

What is it going to take, to take care of this tooth, and what have I been paying for if it is back again?  And what does the term DELTA mean with a root canal?
