Its been 2 mons. no court date yet!

i would call your local court house and ask them, but sometimes it takes some time lol they r slow, but it also depends on the charges but id just give them a call and check up on it

Why don't you go to the courthouse with your case number and ask them when the next hearing will be?

See if there is a legal aid society that can help you. Also, make sure you call the right people at the courthouse. Try to follow up with the court where you were officially charged. Be sure you tell the court your circumstances. If you must, keep a diary or journal of what happened, the court you were taken to, who you talked to. This way you can feel like you are doing something about it. I'm so sorry you had to go through this, but remember that it makes you stronger in the end. Good Luck

Uh, when you were released from jail, they gave you some papers, your court date is on one of those papers.

call an information hot line to figure out ur court date and paper works...u can get a number from any hot line i live in newyork i just dail 411 and they transfer me different departments in what ur concernin bout. But the honest way to live and do the irte thing becuze u never no everything cum out good and u will get good karam. Good Luck
