2 cycle in diesel

I have heard that adding 2 cycle oil to diesel fuel increases mileage and adds lubrication to the motor not contained in the new ultra low sulfer fuel at the pump.What are the pros and cons to this and the amount to be added also it is mentioned to use only TCW3 2 cycle
