A:i swallowed a quarter when i was 3 and i pooped it out the next day apparently. at least it's not a loonie or twonie (canadian coins), which are considerably big comparatively. luckily it's a penny. keep watch for it. i'd say if it hasn't passed after a few days, you should go in.
