I looked up your NEW YORK TIMES article and this is what is said
A review of records of the schools project and interviews with a dozen people who know both men, suggest that Mr. Obama, 47, has played down his contacts with Mr. Ayers, 63. But the two men do not appear to have been close. Nor has Mr. Obama ever expressed sympathy for the radical views and actions of Mr. Ayers, whom he has called “somebody who engaged in detestable acts 40 years ago, when I was 8.”
Whihc is EXACTLY what Obama has been saying that THEY ARE NOT close and that they just worked on some projects together!!! Are you and McSame ,and Palin going to accuse all the students that have been in Ayers classes of "paling around with terrosist?" or with being good buddys to a terrorists even though they spent much more time then Obama has with him? Stop being ridiculous!!! It is like saying the people who work in the state deptment and have worked with foreign leaders some of whom are dispicable are LIKE them for having spent time with them...how silly!!!Give it up!!
