I was in a car accident with a previous Dental Boss. That was in 1989. I have had 3 surgeries since. Quite extensive. All due to being thrown from a speeding van, out of control in a snowy area in the mountains. My surgeries have been 12 hours, involving the front and back of my spine. I had numerous other broken bones: a colapsed lung, scapula, ribs, neck, ect.I am covered by worker's compensation only, a very small amount, one days pay still at the dollar amount in 1989. You cannot sue your employer in NH. Even though he was arrested for reckless driving and driving to endanger. I am in constant pain. I am active in physical therapy. I would love to work. Does anyone have sugestions? Thank you.
