I'm no doctor, just a normal person. But I've been following this diet for about two weeks now and have good results. As you probably know, it involves fasting and drinking liquid nutrient drinks or soup only. I haven't eaten solid foods in 10 days, and I have to admit I feel great and don't have cravings.
