A:Yea, I wouldn't try doing that diet on your own. It does seem a bit drastic and losing that amount of weight so quickly just seems unnecessary. My father created this diet where he takes everything that he would normally put on a plate or anything that is served to him in a restaurant, and he eats half of it. We people eat a lot more than our bodies need. This doesn't mean that you should eat a tiny bit every meal, but try keeping half of your portions as leftovers. Maybe this along with some exercise will be a good start for you.
