I believe that since he used to be the President of the United States of America, he would still hold the title of "Former President" and that supercedes "First Gentleman."  Sooooooo.... It would probably go like this:  "Introducing the President of the United States of America, Hillary Clinton and her husband the former President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton."

pacotaco is right but if he werent already former president clinton, then I think you would be right with First gentleman, eventhough I like rubberguys answere better. hopefully we won't find out for many many years, becuase hilary sucks!
