2007 Odyssey Touring vs. 2008 Odyssey EX-L

I've been offered a brand new 2007 Odyssey touring edition (overstock) at roughly the same price as a 2008 EX-L edition. There are several things to consider but it all comes down to getting the extra features on the touring edition for an older model or sacrificing them for the latest one. Which one would you get?

There is no clear answer to this question. The older model is worth less than the new one the moment you buy it and this is something to think about if you plan to sell it some day.

The bottom line is are these extra features important to you? Would you have bought them anyway? Sometimes extra features aren't very substantial and then the newer car is the better choice. If these are features that you will want to get anyway or they are important to you then perhaps consider the older better equipped car.
