2006 Chevy Tahoe z71 Rear Hatch and window won't unlock or open

We have a 2006 Chevy Tahoe Z71. The rear hatch and window won't unlock or open. Also, the Rear hatch top brake light won't light up. Any ideas? There is no key entry to the rear hatch or window. Only a power option to unlock through the key fob which works on all of the other doors except the back hatch.
