2004 dodge stratus won't start. Drove home from work ran well, next morning turn key, just click click click. Replaced alternator, had the battery checked and replaced starter relay. Took the car to auto supply store , they said it id draining 80 ohms, don't know why. I have already cleaned the connections, will start with a jump, but after you turn it off it won't restart without another jump...please help me if you have any ideas at all.......Also what is PMC and could that cause this, I don't even know what it is
