2002 corvette abs warning light

I have the same problem on my 2002 ..with 16000 miles..took it to a Chevrolet dealer and they told me to replace the ABS module at a cost of $2200,I refuse the service and will try to replace the module myself..

 I have '02 corvette ....Has been serviced regularly..At billheardchev. In huntsville, al (they are now closed)...The abs is out& they quoted 4500...Forthe part alone...I said no, then chev offered to half  the cost, i still said 'no'....Pjb

I have the same problem in my 2002 with a $3200.00 response from my dealer to replace module, there has got to be a better way
